    Hi @wpneedsupport,

Sorry to know that you are experiencing this issue.

I checked the registration form submission on the mentioned page and was able to replicate the issue. However, I wasn’t able to observe any errors in the browser console that would help to identify the root cause.

Can you please share an export of the form using Google Drive or Pastebin.com so that we can investigate the issue further?

I hope the following guide comes in handy: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#import-export

Looking forward to hearing back from you and helping you resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    Best Regards,
    Nebu John

I’m not sure this is the info you need. I followed the directions but after getting the code the directions stopped and didn’t say how to link to Google Drive. Thank you for your help!

    Hi @wpneedsupport

Thank you for the form. I made a test on my lab site and Form works well as it should. It seems that the issue exists only on your site. I reviewed console errors on your site once more, and I was able to notice that the response from the server, when sending a form, points to a database error and SQL syntax.

I pinged our Forminator Team to review this. We will post an update here as soon as more information is available.

    Kind Regards,
    Kris

    Hi again @wpneedsupport

After consulation with our Forminator Team, can you let us know was there any custom snippet applied, probably any mu-plugin?

Also, would you please run a conflict test? Please deactivate all plugins except Forminator and check if the problem is gone. If so, then enable all plugins one by one and find which one is having a conflict. If there is no positive result, switch to the default WordPress theme like 2019 and see if it works.

Before this test, we recommend full site backup or running this test on the staging site.

Please let us know about the results.

    Kind Regards,
    Kris
