Forminator problem

I am having this weird problem with forminator that whenever I try to come back and re-fill a form on my website using my phone, I get recommended the text that I typed and submitted last time. When I click on this text, the field turns from material design style to flat design style with a weird color and it does NOT look good. Is there any way I can stop this from happening or even prevent text recommendations altogether so that it doesn’t happen? It just looks so bad and ruins the entire form. Please help. I have also attached the 2 images to show how it looks.
