The forms created on this website all worked up until a few days ago… I don’t know if it has to do with the latest plugin update… but everything is up to date WordPress, theme and plugin wise….
Has this happened to anyone else… What can be done to correct this.

Thanks for the information. As you explained, the form is working since the submissions are being saved, if the emails are not being delivered is not a Forminator issue, since it will only trigger the email function configured in the server.
In such cases, these are a few things you can perform to find out why email is not working or make it work:
– Using a SMTP, will guarantee email deliverability not only for submissions, also, for any other WP transactional emails. Our Branda >> Emails >> SMTP have such feature, in addition, you will need an email account from which the emails will be sent.
– Install a WP Email log plugin, perform a test and see what the logs grab about sending the email.
It seems the body of the Forminator Pro >> Email Notifications is empty, could you take a look at it and see if the tags to attach the form content is set?
