Formatted Sidebar Plugin Needed

Hi, I am in need of a formatted sidebar. Possibly something like this.
http://blogdesigner.solwininfotech.com/good-friend-social-media/Can anyone recommend a plugin for sidebar formatting?
I know how to add the sidebar but the format is too plain in standard wordpress.
I have searched for pluggins but no luck. Maybe I am using the wrong keywords/terminology. “formatted sidebar” doesn’t do it.

ideally I am looking for a plugin for the sidebar that I can change font size, color, add the red bars either vertically or horizontally, change the bar color and be able to change everything with sliders or some method that doesn’t take too much code. I have no problem displaying anything I want in the side bar. I am interested in how it looks and being able to change how it looks. I have had no luck finding a plugin for this. Maybe a good opportunity for a developer.
