Format Ad positioning

    I have input an ad below the navigation menu on my site http://esecaucus.com/. I would like to center it and add padding to the top.

    Additionally, I’d like to add a similar ad just under the main news slider, but I’m wary of completely throwing off the theme layout and disabling the site.

    Any help on how to achieve these would be appreciated.
