Form validations are being ignored :(

    Hello!

    I’m testing to see if I can put a form I made in Dreamweaver, in a WordPress page. Here it is http://www.graphictask.com/?page_id=63

    The form is submitted successfully, but the validation behaviors are being ignored and it’s not redirecting where it’s supposed to. I hoping someone can help me figure why this is happening.
