Me too. Tried to use a Gravity Forms shortcode AND tried to paste in regular HTML. No popup shows at all.
Please share the link to the page having the issue.

But I prefer to disable your plug-in again ASAP. Until you fix this issue. Sorry for that.
I’m using Mailpoet (formerly Wysija) Newsletter plug-in. It was working fine before latest update of Icegram.
But name of the plugin is not important because Icegream does not show even own short code [ig_form]!

We checked you site and messenger too.
It seems you have enable “Lazy Loading” in Icegram.
So Mailpoet shortcode will not work with it.
You have to then use form html from Mailpoet form section.
This will solve your issue.
Is it working before latest update?Or you have enable “Lazy loading” recently?
