Form Sent to Wrong Email

Hello! I’ve been using Ultimate Form Builder Lite for over 6 months now and recently I ran into a bug…
I have several forms set up: A general contact form and several individual contact forms. The general contact form is directed to two emails and the rest go to separate emails:
General form: joe@email.com and lily@email.com
Susan Individual form: susan@email.com
Bob Individual form: bob@email.comYesterday, Susan’s Individual form was forwarded to Lily’s email and Susan didn’t receive it at all.
I recently added Lily’s email to the general form receiving list. Was there some kind of bug or could the forms be mixing up somehow?
