Form reference number not working in email

    Hi,

    Firstly I love the plugin however I’m having an issue where in the email I have the form reference number as the subject but when you receive the email it has

    {_FORM_REF}

    Instead of the actual reference number.

    I’ve tried changing this to {FORM_REF} in case the extra underscore was the issue but that didn’t work either

    Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention. We’ve just released a patch which should fix it, so if you could upgrade and check that’d be awesome.

    Thank you for the speedy response!

    Just updated the plugin and is now all working correctly!

    Just out of interest is there anything at all in the pipeline for subscription payments within the Stripe integration? Would be a great addition to the plugin.

    Good stuff, thanks for letting us know it’s now working for you.

    Stripe subscriptions is not planned for the next few releases, but I’ve added it to our backlog to be considered for a future release.

    Sorry to re-open an old topic.

    I’ve just noticed this breaks if I have a form with Stripe integration.

    I have two forms:

    One for free signup
    one for paid signup using the Stripe integration

    Using the free form the {_FORM_REF} is shown as the actual reference whereas in the Stripe form it shows the shortcode.

    Not sure if this is something that was missed in the patch?

    This issue should be resolved in the latest version, please update and let us know if you continue to experience any issues.
