form not working properly

We have the latest install of contact form7 and we’ve noticed that since the update once the form updates it tries to redirect to the id of the form i.e http://yourdomain.co.uk/#wpcf7-f483-p213-o1 .
On another website the form works but you can not redirect the page to a thank you page as the above overides the additional settings.
Also the emails are only sending to the receipt and not the copy to the administrator.
