Form not working

    Plugin looks like it would be great and very easy to build a form quickly. However, a few things aren’t working. First, I can’t change any of the email notification settings, which makes the form useless. Also, if I click on the ‘Form Styles’ button the entire form freezes and nothing can be selected within it.
