Form Builder

Thanks for your advice. I have indeed look at that page as well. Currently event manager plugin has a booking from that creates similar custom fields for user profile and update to the user profile. This is how it looks like in user profile under further information:

Further Information

Address
Address Line 2
City/Town
State/County
Zip/Post Code
Country
Phone

The field ID has ‘dbem’ as prefix e.g phone number is dbem_phone.

Hence I was wondering if the form builder can create registration form from these fields already created by event manager so I don’t have to duplicate. Will they appear for selection?

If the form builder does not display existing custom field to be used in the form. Is there a way to update the existing custom field with a membership field?

The only field I need is the phone.

E.g. Once the user profile updated by membership plugin at registration or update profile. Can I take the phone number and update to the custom field (dbem-phone)?

Where can I do this ? Can I add it in the functions.php of the child theme?

I am not coder, been finding strange that each plugin create own custom field or allow creation of new custom field, but not display existing custom fields from user profile. It has made it hard to integrate plugins.
