Form Auto Redirect

Greetings,

Currently I have a button that popups the form (using popup maker plugin) that lets the user fill up the necessary fields to access the sales page upon successful submission. But what my client wants is that returning users will be automatically redirected to the sales page since they already filled up the form. Is there any way to implement that functionality? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!
