Forgot user id & password for login

Hi

I had helped create this website sometime back and handed over to the organisation, but they seem to have forgotten the user id/password.

I don’t set up websites regularly, and cant seem to remember how the user id/password was created. I tried searching, but couldn’t figure which solution is applicable to me.

Please guide, or share the relevant link.
