    Hello, I need your help, I have the 2 duplicator files, but when I downloaded the installer I put a password but when I installed my packages to wordpress I forgot, is there any way to recover that password because I don’t have another backup of my website? 🙁

    Hi @leodv ,

    I’m sorry you ran into this problem.

    Unfortunately, there is no way to recover the package password.

    The following is mentioned in our guide:
    “Caution: Passwords are case-sensitive and if lost cannot be recovered. Please keep passwords in a safe place. If this password is lost then a new archive file will need to be rebuilt since passwords cannot be recovered.”
