    Hi larkwest,

    Are you referring to the password for wordpress.backup-technology.com?

    If you go there and click “Trouble Logging In”. It will let you reset the password yourself if you know the email address you used to register the account.

    If you have problems, let me know. We received your email with your username. You just might find it easier to reset the password yourself!
