1) No support is provided here in the Support Page
2) Support is only offered in a separate forum controlled by the dev.
3) To gain access (even just to read that forum) you have to create a Facebook account and then click the like button to read the forum, hence the FORCED ACCEPTANCE
4) What you accept the Facebook LIKE the devs then still ignore the forum.
I think you should consider posting a review of your experience in the review section as that’s what it’s for.

This is what annoys me. Dev firm who ignores the rules and forces acceptance upon you.
If that list is all they’re doing (I have not installed the plugin yet on my test setup) then they are not breaking any rules here.
Support for any code here has always been and always will be optional. It’s perfectly alright for a plugin author to not support their code. Or, as in this case, they can create any conditions they want in order to provide that support elsewhere.
If they made “liking” them a condition of supporting code here in the WordPress forums then they would get a cautioning from either the moderators or plugins team. But making that a condition somewhere else? That’s fine. Don’t use their free plugin. 😉
