Forbidden Error

    Ok, So I follow the instructions and install my blog to my own host just today, Except…I get this message on the index page of the admin area:

    “Forbidden
    You don’t have permission to access /wordpress/wp-admin/index-extra.php on this server.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
    Apache/1.3.37 Server at http://www.livebrick.net Port 80“

    Also, when I try to make a new category:

    “Forbidden
