Fopen Errors On Reinstallation

Hello,
I am taking this site from a dedicated server to a server on Godaddy. I am now getting the below errors on the front side and admin side. Also I am trying to find where the system is reading (/home/virtual/site4/fst/var/www/html/)? I have checked the httaccess files and they have a different structure. The front page will load, but this is above the contents,
