Footnotes Numbering

This plugin should provide an option to not have any kind of Footnotes ‘numbering’ at all. Numbering is selected as default and there is currently no way to remove this. As a result, the Footnotes area within a Post and/or Page takes up more space. There is no real requirement for numbers to appear.

Additionally; it would be useful if the plugin gave us options to add References within the Edit Post/Page section – because the Footnotes button within the text editor is not accessible if users are using Elementor to edit their pages.
