are you saying that you imported that Zanox XML file into WP-Table Reloaded?
I’m afraid that this is not possible, as the XML schemes differ. Also, that Zanox XML file like does not even resemble a table, so you can not import it.

yes, WP-Table Reloaded can import CSV files, if they are formatted correctly and if they make sense (i.e. if showing their contents as a table makes sense).
Have you tried importing the CSV file? To check if the file is ok, try opening it in Excel first. You should see the data there. You can also try to open it in a text editor, like Notepad, first, where you should be able to see the cell contents, separated by a delimiter character.

yes i imported the CSV file and i opened it with excel, its fine
, it contains 5 Columns and more than 18000 liens ,
and the affiliation url format its like this http://adxml.myaffiliate.com/xml.php?progid=1311&partid=25233&type=csv
i imported the CSV file via wp-tables-roloaded, i include the table ID into a wordpres page but i dont see no tables when i opened the page
should i create table before CSV import ?

The process you did was correct, with importing and inserting the Shortcode. You do not need to create a table before importing.
However, I assume that the import still went wrong, as 18000 rows really is a lot. It is actually so much that I don’t really recommend to use WP-Table Reloaded for this. You will likely not have a good performance of your site with such a large table there.
Instead of using WP-Table Reloaded for this large table, you should develop a custom solution, e.g. with PHP/mySQL.
