Flowplayer for WordPress

I am having some issues getting this to work for me. Where do I find support for the installation and use in the forum. I am not a beginner but definitely not advanced. My biggest issue for now is locating the fv-wordpress-fp directory to upload. I have downloaded the files but can not locate this one file to upload.
