floating ad plugin that will support short codes

I searched all over and found a hack to allow widgets to process short codes, which works, however I tried WP Float as a widget with a short code in the text and it did not process the short code.
I need a floating “ad” plugin that will allow me to use short codes in it. In case there is another way to do it that is not too hacky, let me tell you what I am trying to accomplish. I have the wp imagegallery2 plugin and I am attempting to show choices of t-shirts in a floating popup so that when they are clicked it will go to the certain page for each shirt. It works great if I use a text widget, but I really need a floating popup for this. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for any help
