I have slider set at 500×1170 and my images are exactly that. As I remember I had tested at these dimensions some time ago and they worked ok. This was probably a couple of years ago.

I’m not sure how you are setting a slider to display on your shop page, but this is not an option of Virtue Free. Where are you seeing the option for setting up a flex slider on your shop page? Can you share a screenshot?

This is a woo commerce test site. The test post has the same 2 images in the slider gallery as I have set in the theme options flex slider – images.

You can assign an image slider for your posts head content. See here:

here is a live site with virtue running. I had 3 images set in the customizer header section and they are still working after update to latest Virtue.

I’m not sure what you’re referring to. Where in the theme options are you adding this? There isn’t a “customizer header” section that I’m aware of. Are you referring to Theme Options> Home Slider?

Not in the free theme. With premium, you can set a slider for any page you want.

One potential workaround, try to add content to your shop page by going to Pages> Shop. Then add whatever you want to show. If you’re using a slider plugin, you could add it there.

In premium you can set up a slider to appear in your page title area within the settings for the page title.
