Flash Splash Page

Hello everyone,

We have a custom HTML page with an animation that we’d like to have as a Splash page for our website, http://www.rationalgames.org This page would be shown to users only once, and they would have the option to watch it through or skip. Either way they would then be forwarded to the home page.

I’ve looked around and all I see are plugins for splash pages, but nothing where I can create this custom page. Would anyone have some thoughts or guidance on how we can implement this?
