Flash header …. How To??

I have flashfader, and i’m trying to make a flash header, does anyone have any idea what code to put where? Have a look at http://www.fureddo.com , to see where it is now, I have the size right, but the pictures wont fill the frame, and I cant get it in the right position, anyone fancy helping me out??
