Fixing this error – Warning: Missing argument 2

    Hi all,
    Need help !
    I get this error on the WP admin panel and also on the actual site:

    “Warning: Missing argument 2 for wpdb::prepare(), called in /home/urbanyoga/urbanyoga.com.au/wp-content/plugins/wp-post-thumbnail/wppt.php on line 372 and defined in /home/urbanyoga/urbanyoga.com.au/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 990”

    Would you know why this might be happening? i have this weekend as a deadline to finish this website and hoping to get some answer soon. Pls give me step by step instructions as i am a beginner.
