Fixing CSS in theme – newbie needs help
-
Hi! I am extremely new to WordPress, having only taken a beginning workshop in it and a beginner workshop in CSS. Somehow I have ended up pulling together a website, which included downloading existing files, modifying locally and uploading to a staging site. I am having a couple of issues that I hope someone can help me with.
1. While modifying the CSS, it seems I have messed up the text in the nav bar for the mobile site (letters are aligning vertically) and I’m not quite sure how to fix this.
2. I would like the 3rd link in the nav bar to link to its own page, rather than just be a header for a drop-down menu. Not sure how to do this.
3. Less important for now is the front page banner which is not centred and I can’t for the life of me figure out how to centre it. This is more apparent on the mobile site.
There are other issues I am having (namely with 3rd party plug-ins) and some of the design is not done, but I was hoping that someone could help me with these other things for now. I appreciate any help at all.
