Fixed freight for category

Good afternoon,

I would like to put it that when a customer chooses a product of a certain category, it has the option of a fixed freight. However, if it puts some other product in the shopping cart, it already loses the fixed freight.

Example: Fixed freight for septum piercings. However, if the person chooses another jewel in the trolley other than septum piercing, this option will disappear.

Is it possible?
