Fixed content areas?

    Hi, I am creating a website for a client with WP>
    I am trying to figure out what I can use to create a couple of fixed-size areas on the home page.

    The comp is here:

    As you can see, I want to create a central top area, and a smaller set of bottom columns that the user can alter content in.

    I’m a little stuck, so I would appreciate feedback. Thanks!
