    Using the shortcode in a post or page places the form on top of the page.

    Using

    http://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-called-via-shortcode-appears-at-the-wrong-place-on-post

    and

    http://01241.com/04/09/plugin-called-via-shortcode-appears-at-the-top-of-the-content/

    ob_start(); has to be added after line 123:

    function pf_shortcode($args = array()){
        ob_start();
        global $pf_errors;

    And

    $paypal_fields = ob_get_clean();
    return $paypal_fields;

    after line 208:

    echo '</form>';
    $paypal_fields = ob_get_clean();
    return $paypal_fields;
       }
    }
