Firefox issue – functional white screen

    Hello everyone, first let me say thank you for your help.

    I logged into my WP 2.71 admin page today through Firefox and found this:

    [IMG]http://i682.photobucket.com/albums/vv182/LotusEnthusiast/hmm1.jpg[/IMG]

    Logging in through Internet Explorer shows everything as normal. Why is this the case? How do I fix this so I can use Firefox as normal again? I deactivated all the plugins and nothing changed.

    Both browsers are up to date.

    Try disabling Google Gears if you have that running/installed in Firefox.

    I do not use Google Gears.

    Does anyone know if this is a known problem with a name?

    I’ve not seen this as a browser-specific problem (other than with Gears), no. Have you tried doing a hard refresh (CTRL/F5) in both Firefox and IE to ensure that you’re seeing a fresh copy of the Admin page in both browsers?

    The hard refresh worked! I was not familiar with that feature.
