Hi there,

Most of the time the filter works perfectly in our shop, but a couple of times it has just gone blank and shows no results. We’ve checked on multiple devices and browsers and it still happened. How can we prevent this from happening?

Looks like you customized the plugin code.

So delete all third-party code and do test

Thanks, I already checked those options. The problem is still there. On computer works most of the time good, but on mobile most of the time bad. Did not find products (already checked all the products and have correct attributes)
