Filenames, automatically generated

Hi!
Is it possible that a file which is uploaded through a form, is automatically renamed after the entry-ID and a field-name (like the last name)? I am expeting a lot of entries and uploads and I need some sort of organisation, I need to assign the files to the form, otherwise there will be complete choas…
