File Uploading Field

Hi there, just want to share what happened to me when an uploading field is added to a form.

When I add a file uploading field in a form the system doesn’t send out email if no file is attached, even if the field is not required.
Email are sent only if a file is uploaded.
This behaviour prevents the chance to send out email when the user has no file to upload.

Also, the required field warnings are not displayed when a required field is missing.

If you want to have a try don’t fill in any field, just hit the send button.

Does anybody has the same issue?
Any suggestion from the developer would be really appreciated.
