File Upload

Its been about a month since I uploaded. (i only upload once a month) I go to upload a document now by pressing the button and nothing happens. I do not get any errors or anything. Just nothing happens. As for now the only difference I see is that WP was upgraded since the last time I was in it and that happens automatically.
