File Not Showing

I am using this plugin because its the only one Ive found that can display documents on a webpage and make it easy for the client (who will run the site) to upload them and update their Newsletter page with recent PDF’s.

MD is being used currently as a means of displaying archived newsletter PDFs on the website. Up until now, its been working fine and I was able to upload bulk files to be displayed. Now, even after updating, I cannot see a new file (on the backend or front) that Ive uploaded. This is very frustrating. I have had no need to input a date before and would rather not mess with dates, as the files are already ordered by the date in the file name. I did however check ‘override date offset’, whatever that means, and still no visible new docs.
