fields vanishing

    HI, I have always loved this plugin but am having a nightmare at the moment!

    I have put together a largish form, but am finding that when I am trying to save it after making changes to the fields, that the network connection keeps dropping. I know this suggests a problem elsewhere, but I have come back to this form numerous occasions over the last month, and the only time I am having this issue is when I am trying to save the form.

    There are also fields vanishing from the form, not always when it hasn’t saved. It doesn’t even seem to be the latest field that I have added that vanishes, and I can refresh and it then brings back some of the fields, but later they will disappear again.

    I have tried updating all plugins and software, plus have tried deactivating all other plugins, but still the problem is happening.

    Thanks for the link. My form does not seem large enough to be causing these problems, but I have raised the max input to 3000 with no improvement. I’ve also checked to see if Suhosin is an issue, but it is not used on my server.

    Problems are still occurring. For example, I have just tried to continue building the form, and when I first checked it, it was correctly showing the two field labels that I had changed yesterday, but now after adding some new fields (nothing to do with these fields or their labels) they have now reverted to their default labels.

    Also, the form has a number of times not saved, and I have had to redo the changes I had made.

    Any help would be gratefully received!

    Hi, how much memory have you allocated to your website? Have you checked the server log files? You might also want to enable debug mode in the wp-config.php file and check to see if any errors appear.

    If none of the above helps you, test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Fourteen.
