feedburner subscription code not working

    Hi,
    I want to activate my rss on my page but when I introduce the subscription link in my rss widget and it says RSS Error: file_get_contents could not read the file, I want to do it inside the editor in Sidebar (sidebar.php) but I don’t know exactly where to put it. Anybody can help me?
