Urgent:- Feed Import Error

While Importing feed I have got following error:-

HTTP request failure

cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10000 milliseconds
HTTP Transport:

string(12) “WP_Http_Curl”

I am using following feed url:-
http://www.bloggingtips.com/feed/
https://news.google.co.in/news?cf=all&hl=en&pz=1&ned=in&output=rss
