Feed Error

just installed wordpress 2.2 and i get a 404 error for the
http://www.dinar-chat.com/feed/
address

and un styled feed for
http://www.dinar-chat.com/wp-rss.php

and an error with the following message for the
http://www.dinar-chat.com/wp-rss2.php

“XML Parsing Error: not well-formed
Location: http://www.dinar-chat.com/wp-rss2.php
Line Number 20, Column 35: <copyright>©Dr. Bo Rashid & Ali </copyright>”

google reader is being able to read from http://www.dinar-chat.com/wp-rss2.php but not feedburner for some reason???

is it because i have another blog hosted in the same account?? please help
