featured stories plugin?

    Honestly?
    They have a category (#3) named Featured… but otherwise the whole site is not functional. No matter what category you click on, it always shows the same articles. You don’t want to have such a site 🙂

    As for plugins, csroll up, click Extend > Plugins and search.
