Featured Posts – fixed high possible?

    Hi,

    please have a short look at VDT-online.de. Thx.

    As you can see, the Posts on the homepage are moving up and down every 10 seconds. This occours because one Featured Post has no text under the picture and so the high of the featured posts are different. So I have to teach my Authors to work better…

    My Question:
    Is it possible to make the high for the featured posts static on the front page? What happens with the layout on mobile devices?

    Hopefully you can understand what my problem/idea is. Thx for your help!
