featured photo link

I have looked for days with out any luck for an easy solution to add a link to a post on a featured photo using the Twenty Fourteen theme. Nothing works. I need the 3 different pictures on my homepage each with their caption (the label below) to take the reader to the different website pages. For example, I need the picture for and the label below the picture titled “Employment Law” to link to the Employment Law website page.

I would really appreciate the help.
