    Hi creativepassion,

You can make featured listings cost $0 (but doing so, in my experience, means that everyone wants and signs up for a featured listing, defeating the point–unless you are controlling it)

The second item we are working on and have planned for a release very, very soon. We’re completing testing, allowing featured listings to have special features that regular listings do not. Stay tuned for that.

Thanks for the prompt reply! It’s a great sign (from a plugin purchaser) that all your topics are resolved!

So can the general public pay for a featured listing… but the Administrator of the site can allow Chamber members to get it for free?

Yes, admins never pay for listings, regardless of your fee plan configuration. So you can set it up for general payments and still be able to (as admin) post listings for free for members.

    Dear Business Directory Plugin

You mentioned a release very, very soon which allows featured listings to have special features that regular listings do not. Any news on this? We’re not wanting to launch the site until nofollow is possible for regular listings.

    Thanks!

Yes, we are in the middle of testing this right now with a few customers. Once we are certain that things are stable and ready for the public, we’ll make this new premium module available. We’re not quite there yet. Probably early March, barring any complications.
