Featured image size doesn’t change

    I’ve created a new post and uploaded a featured image, but it displays enlarged and cropped. No other featured image does this. I have tried re-uploading and resizing the image, but it is still cropped. How do I make it display correctly?

    Are you using any caching plugin?

    What theme are you using?

    We’re using WP Rocket for caching and the theme is Flawless v1_16.

    I converted the image to a PNG and now it’s the right size and no longer cropped.

    It is now doing the same thing again on another post, but this time changing to a PNG does not work.

    EDIT: I lowered the resolution and that fixed it.
