Featured Image Not Appearing Properly

    I am adding featured image for a post. If I upload and add that image as featured image, it is not appearing properly. It does not appear properly under the category and on the post also.

    But if I use a previously uploaded image from the media library, it appears good. This is happening to all new posts and pages.

    How to resolve this?

    Have you tried deactivating all plugins and switching to the default twentytwelve theme?

    A link to your site would be relevant as well.
