Hello @fellloo,
We apologize for the delayed response !!
While we have tested the Full Frame theme with the theme latest version and the polylang plugin, the header image is seen to be implied for the banner section through the multilingual sites.
Please provide us your Website URL so that we could inspect the issue further.
Also, you can also post in your queries to the theme’s official support forum for dedicated and swift support at :

Best Regards !!
Hello, thanks for reply. Please look up, the response doesn’t match to the topic of this thread. Here it’s about the text for the head- and subline of the featured content in different languages. What could you tell about that?
Hello @fellloo,
We apologize for the inconvenience, however we are still having trouble understanding your issue correctly.
Please provide us your Website URL or Screenshot of the issue so that we could help you with some precise fix.
Hope you would understand,
Best Regards !!
Thanks for reply. The site isn’t only yet, so I can’t provide an URL. Now let me make it clearer:
Go to “Appeareance” -> “Customize”. Here go to “Featured Content” -> “Featured Content Options”. Here look for “Headline for Featured Content – Leave field empty if you want to remove Headline”. In this field you can write some text. But this text could only be entered for one language. So the text would be the same for all languages (e.g. headline in English, also if you’re at a page in Spanish).
Now I want to know how to enter a “Headline for Featured Content” for different languages? Hope you understand the problem.. :=)
Hello @fellloo,
The strings you are referring to comes from the customizer values and are not directly available for translation by the polylang Plugin. As the polylang plugin does not translate theme customizer strings directly. The strings cannot be directly translated and used for multilingual sites.
Also, it is not theme feature to display the translated text for multilingual section as the strings are not static and comes from dynamic customizer values.
For reference on translating customizer value strings please see the links here :

Hope this Helps,
Best Regards !!
Ok I see, that’s how this is done. Thank you !!
