Feature Request: page-slugs

It would be nice if you could have a non-mysql-commandline interface to define both the page-slug for a Page and a title for a Page independently of each other.
For example: the page-permalink would be “http://yoursite.com/wordpress/about/” but the_title() would return “About John P. Smith”
