Yes indeed.I have tried something with cookie but I drop it.I will look again.
If you look at your plugin than you see that it’s very good, but still incomplete whithout Local Storage/cookie protection.
IP protection is for prevention on voting the same day and Local Storage/cookie protection is for ptotection against voting next days.

I need this feature because I live in a country where the IP is dinamic and some people vote every day.

Hi,
is it possible to let people to vote only ONCE while they are logged in? If I change PC I can vote twice because we can only track cookies, not an IP or the user itself.
